What are your payment options?

PAYPAL only through my website. You can also visit my Etsy shop. Link on the front page.

How long until I receive my order?

Anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks depending on the current order queue. Each item is handmade for you. This does not include shipping time. I am a one-woman team that does everything from handcrafting, modeling, photographing, editing & networking. Your patience is appreciated.
Orders with 3 items or more will take longer.
Orders during sale events will take longer.

What are the shipping costs and how long does it take?

USA: $5 | 2-5 Business Days
Canada: $10 - $15 | 1-2 Weeks
International: $15 - $25 | 1-4 Weeks
*Additional charge will apply when more than one item is purchased due to the weight of the package.
*Please remember that the delivery time varies, I do not have control over custom fees as well as clearance custom holds!

I just placed an order and I need it as soon as possible.

I can not fulfill rushed requests as there will always be orders ahead of yours. I do not offer rushed fee options as my schedule and process timing are firm.

I didn't realize my order was going to take this long, can I cancel?

You can but there will be a 20% restocking fee as I have already set aside materials for your garment(s). Once it's already been shipped out, no cancellations will be accepted.
*You are fully responsible for ordering ahead of time. I can not control the order processing time as well as the mailman's schedule.

I am a friend of your friend, acquaintance, sibling - I am a model that can promote your designs... Can we do a trade?

No, sorry. I can not please everyone so no special treatment can be given. I take pride in my hard work and I can support you as much as you can support me.

There is a design from a different designer that I would like for you to re-make! Is this possible?

Absolutely not. I refuse to create another designer's work.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide EXCLUDING Russia and APO/FPO addresses.
*It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; I am not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Exchanges are possible. Please send me an email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*You are fully responsible to give the right measurements for handmade-to-order item. It is my job to hand make these perfectly for you. Please include your correct measurements, otherwise extra charge may apply for an exchange.
