BEHIND THE MAKING:

Melanoir is a one woman brand created and run by Mulan Duong. Started in 2013. All pieces are handmade by myself in my small studio south of Boston, MA.

WHAT IS THE AVAILABILITY?
Most pieces are available as made-to-order while some are ready-to-ship. Currently I am offering XS - 2XL. 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For made to order items, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for garment construction before shipping. Sometimes this can take longer depending how many items are in an order or during a busy season. For ready to ship items, I ship within 48 hours. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
USA: $8+ | 2-5 business days
Canada: $20+ | 1-3 weeks
International: $25+ | 2 - 5 weeks
***Due to the recent raising prices in reaction to current increased demand and limited supply with the USPS shipping services, I have increased the shipping cost for USA and International shipping. Shipping cost is exactly what I have to pay including packaging materials.
*Additional charge will apply when more than one item is purchased due to the weight of the package.
*Please remember that the delivery time varies, I do not have control over custom fees as well as clearance custom holds!
*I am not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. *If the package ends up lost (which is RARE), I will gladly re-make the order for you. Absolutely no refund requests.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final.
I can not accept any refunds. Exchanges are possible, please get in contact with me at [email protected]. Items must be returned to me first then it will take approx 1-2 weeks to complete your new piece. 
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
I ship worldwide, excluding Russia, Mexico and APO addresses (your order will be canceled.)

Tracking number is ALWAYS included once your order ships.
*It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; I am not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform me of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.
