BEHIND THE MAKING:

Melanoir is a one woman brand created and run by Mulan Duong. Started in 2013. All pieces are handmade by myself in my small studio south of Boston, MA.

HOW DO I ORDER AND WHAT IS THE AVAILABILITY?
All items are available for purchase unless it is sold out. Sold out items mean there is currently no fabric in stock for garment construction. Most pieces are available as made-to-order while some are marked as ready-to-ship. As a solo operated shop, I can only make a small amount of pieces at a time. Currently I am offering XS - 2XL for most pieces. 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For ready to ship items, I ship within 48 hours. For made to order items, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for garment construction before shipping.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
USA: $7.50 | 2-5 Business Days
International: $25+ | 1-3 Weeks

***Due to the recent raising prices in reaction to current increased demand and limited supply with the USPS shipping services, I have increased the shipping cost for USA and International shipping. Shipping cost is exactly what I have to pay including packaging materials.
*Additional charge will apply when more than one item is purchased due to the weight of the package.
*Please remember that the delivery time varies, I do not have control over custom fees as well as clearance custom holds!
*I am not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Once it is out of my hands, it is up to the mailman to get it to you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. As a one woman business, I can not accept any refunds as everything is handmade. Exchanges are possible, please get in contact with me at shopmelanoir@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Worldwide EXCLUDING Russia and APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking number is ALWAYS included once your order ships.
*It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order invoice; I am not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform me of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.
